Raising a Quote

In this video, we will show you how to raise a quote. You can raise a quote by clicking the Raise A Quote button in the orders sidebar.

You can either add a new customer from scratch, or you can search for customers you already have in your customer list.

To add a product, click the Add Product button. From here, you can select a product directly from your existing products.

You can choose the specification of the product. The price will automatically calculate, but this can be amended further.

To send your quote to the customer, click the Send Quote button in the sidebar. Once the customer accepts the quote, this will convert to an order.
