To create a new order, click the Create A New Order button in the Orders side bar. You can either add a new customer from scratch, or you can search for customers you already have in your customer list.
To add a product, click the Add Product button. From here, you can select a product directly from your existing products.
You can choose the specification of the product. The price will automatically calculate, but this can be amended further.
You can also add materials by clicking the Add Material button. From here, you can custom calculate size of the material as well as the scale and finishing options.
You can add totally bespoke items by clicking Add Custom Item. This is particularly useful if you offer services outside of your standard products.
If the customer has made a payment, this can be updated by clicking the Add A Payment button. You can add the payment type and method as well as adjust the date and time the payment was made. You can also leave a note and reference.
